How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Just follow these steps:

Wait for Approval
We'll review your request and respond with return instructions if your return is approved.
Ship Your Item
Pack your item securely with all original packaging and tags, then ship it back to us following our provided instructions.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please always contact us before shipping any returns.
Return Shipping Cost
Customer Responsibility
If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We take quality seriously and will work quickly to resolve any issues with damaged or incorrect items. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at info@the-within-project.com with your order details and we'll guide you through the exchange process.
Restocking Fee

We believe in keeping things simple and transparent. There is no restocking fee for approved returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
